Your academic and admissions teams review the Aptra curriculum framework and map it to your degree programs, defining which credits transfer and into which majors.

Partnership agreement
We agree on admission conditions for Aptra-certified students — GPA thresholds, English requirements, seat expectations — documented in a standing articulation agreement.

Certified referrals
Each cycle, Aptra presents candidates who meet your agreed conditions, each with a transfer-readiness certification and a complete, verified academic file.

Your institution makes every final admission decision and confers the degree. Aptra remains accountable for the quality of the pipeline, year after year.
Quality assurance
What Aptra guarantees
Every referral from a certified institution is backed by the Aptra Standard. For each candidate, we certify:
GPA thresholds
Cumulative GPA at or above the level agreed in your articulation agreement, computed under a standardized grading framework and externally moderated.
English proficiency
Exit-level English verified through recognized testing, at or above the score your institution requires.
Curriculum alignment
Completed coursework mapped course-by-course to your lower-division requirements under the Aptra Academic & Curriculum Framework.
Audit rights
Your institution may review Aptra audit findings for any certified institution in your pipeline, and may conduct its own review under the partnership agreement.
Degrees are conferred by partner US universities. Aptra certifies transfer readiness; it does not make admission decisions and does not confer degrees.
